2. Timeframe for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Shipping the Returned Item

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit and is packaged with the returns form which you will receive by email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Inspection and Processing
